Gravies (butter chicken, tikka masala, dal, chana) hold. Tandoor meats are best within the hour. Naan and roti soften in a closed bag — if you can, pick bread up last or ask us to pack it so steam does not wreck it. Biryani is a good delivery dish; eat it the same night.

Coral Springs first. Then Parkland, Coconut Creek, Margate, Tamarac, and nearby Broward — wherever the current delivery radius reaches. If you are unsure, call. Pickup is always faster, and you get the bread at its peak.
